Can't edit/delete files on SD card (Android 4.4+)

Due to Google limitations in Android 4.4, it's not possible to edit tags or delete arbitrary files on external SD card from within non system app. Google reasoning behind this is unclear - more on this.

Solutions:
- place files which require editing / deletion on internal storage
- place such files to /Android/data/com.maxmpz.audioplayer folder on SD card, this folder is available to Poweramp for writing
- on rooted devices, fix for global permissions is possible
